From there, we work to match you with the right support as quickly as possible — most participants start receiving support within 1 week, depending on your plan and the type of support you need.
    Absolutely. At 4Care, we understand that a good match matters. That's why participants have the right to choose their own support worker or coordinator, based on who they feel most comfortable with.
    Switching providers is your right as an NDIS participant, and we make the process as smooth as possible. Simply reach out to us, and our team will guide you through transferring your plan, connecting your funding, and getting your new supports started with minimal disruption.
    Yes, we do. Whether your NDIS plan is plan-managed or self-managed, 4Care can support you – we'll work with you to make sure your funding is used the right way, no matter how your plan is set up.
    At 4Care, our services are typically funded directly under the Capacity Building domain of your NDIS budget, meaning there's zero out-of-pocket cost to you if you have the appropriate funding.
